Implementation Manager Topo Supply Chain System

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Manager to lead the implementation of the TOPO supply chain system within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring that the system aligns with our business objectives and enhances the effectiveness and efficiency of our supply chain operations. Teal Goal prefers Freelance candidates.

Reporting & Organization

  • Reports to: Managing Director & Steering Committee
  • Subordinates: None

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Management:
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for the TOPO implementation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all project milestones are met.
  • System Configuration & Integration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams and TOPO to configure the system according to business needs.
  • Oversee the effective integration of TOPO with existing systems and processes.
  • Process Streamlining:
  • Analyze current workflows and identify areas for improvements.
  • Design and implement streamlined processes that leverage the capabilities of the TOPO system.
  • Document the streamlined workflows and processes
  • Training & Support:
  • Develop and deliver user manual and/or training programs for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during and while the implementation phase, in collaboration with system provider.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project.
  • Gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve user experience and system effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Establish KPIs to measure the success of the implementation.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess effectiveness, efficiency and identify further improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

Education & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in supply chain or retail environments.
  • Proven experience managing system implementations, with specific knowledge of supply chain systems (experience with TOPO is a plus).
  • Certification in Lean or Six Sigma is a plus
  • Experience with establishment of quality management systems.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of successfully guiding teams through change.
  • Team player with excellent communication & presentation skills in English (fluent, must). Effective communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Excellent IT & computer skills (Windows or macOS): Work in a modern work environment and able to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
