We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Executive in our administration department to join our dynamic team. The executive will have an operational role in the office. It includes taking over and executing assigned Commercial Operations, analytics, administrative and coordination tasks on behalf of different departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Through continuous cross-departmental cooperation with Sourcing, Quality, Order Control, Finance, IT, and Management, the Executive acts as a central coordination point, ensures timely information exchange, follows up on delegated tasks, and supports the effective execution of shared and independent responsibilities. The Executive will report to the Head of Admin & Services.
Key Responsibilities
Sales reporting and analysis, including strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data visualization)
Revenue tracking and basic accounting understanding
Experience in commercial or procurement teams to support cross-functional Category Management execution
Understanding of commercial and retail business context
Market analysis and preparation of comprehensive operational reports
Event coordination and travel arrangements
Payroll support, including allowances and benefits administration
Documentation, training coordination, and internal communication materials
Performance metrics tracking and reporting
Presentation preparation and coordination
Sales reporting and analysis, including strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data visualization)
Serve as the official point of contact for digital product information (technical data, material details, manuals, and images).
Manage supplier profiles, brand letters, and digital product information
Act as supply chain system administrator and supplier onboarding contact
Prepare turnover summaries, sales reports, and competitor research on a Monthly and weekly basis.
Support category management with revenue tracking, market analysis, and operational reporting
Coordinate events, travel itineraries, and internal communications
Develop presentations and training materials
Skills and Qualifications
Education & experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field or higher.
2-5 years of experience of Commercial Operations, sourcing and supply chain industry.
General skills
Well-organized, detail-minded, excellent time management and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese Chinese are necessary (written and verbal).
Proficient with computer technology and knowledge of most common software (MS Office, Teams, Zoom, Web-Applications)
Experience in small and medium-sized office, involves multitasking in administrative and office support, is a must.
The ability to be diplomatic, reliable and trustworthy, a willingness for career development would be helpful.
Ability to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office.
