  • Use technical software for schematic review, PCB layout analysis, and component tolerance verification.
  • Perform signal integrity and EMC simulations to assess product design, interference levels, and frequency stability.
  • Conduct Design FMEA (D-FMEA) for new electronic products, wireless module integrations, and manufacturing process improvements.
  • Lead cross-functional FMEA sessions with suppliers and internal teams to identify potential electronic failure modes, assess interference risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain and update FMEA documents throughout the product lifecycle, tracking Risk Priority Numbers (RPN)and implementing corrective actions for wireless connectivity issues.
  • Conduct product review for risk assessment and troubleshooting of EMC failures, RF interference, and electronic circuit defects.
  • Use FMEA findings and EMC simulations to drive design improvements, shielding requirements, and quality requirements for suppliers.
  • Review and verify supplier technical schematics, identifying design flaws, EMI risks, and manufacturing feasibility issues.
  • New product and component inspection and evaluation for wireless modules, antennas, and electronic assemblies.
  • Pre-shipment inspection and reporting for electronic and wireless products.
  • Establish product information and checklists for EMC and wireless compliance.
  • Supplier quality control and corrective action follow-up for electronic components, including FMEA-based prevention measures.
